Clinical and immunological studies on transplantation of total lamellar cornea with circular lamellar sclera on treating serious chemical burn of eye

目的：探讨化学伤的致伤物质种类、最容易发生化学伤的职业，眼部化学伤的严重性和伤后的并发症和视力预后。

AIM : To determine the nature of chemicals involved , type of occupation most at risk , severity of ocular injury , complications and visual outcome in patients with chemical injuries of eye .

方法对59例患者（眼部化学伤9例、热烧伤2例、初发翼状胬肉36例、复发翼状胬肉12例）采用自体角膜缘上皮移植进行治疗，并对其疗效进行评估。

Methods Limbal epithelial autograft transplantation was performed on 59 cases with chemical injuries of the eye ( 9 cases ), hear burns ( 2 cases ) and pterygium ( 36 cases ) or its recurrent lesion ( 12 cases ) . The effects of the operation were evaluated .
