Stapled mucosectomy for rectocele repair : A preliminary report

方法利用特制的环形吻合器对16例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度环形脱垂性内痔，8例轻度直肠粘膜脱垂，6例轻度直肠粘膜内套叠并直肠前膨出及1例直肠良性狭窄患者进行手术治疗。
Methods 16 cases of III and IV circular prolapsed internal hemorrhoids , 8 cases of slight rectal mucosa prolapse , 6 cases of slight rectal mucosa invagination complicated with rectocele and 1 cases with benign stricture of rectum were applied with PPH .
