热淋

目的：探讨ESWL后应用热淋清颗粒促进输尿管结石排出的有效性与安全性。

Objective : To study the efficiency and safety of Relinqing granules for enhancing expulsion of ureteral calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ( ESWL ) .

方法：大鼠肾实质内接种大肠埃希菌ATCC-25922，制做大鼠细菌性肾盂肾炎模型，分为热淋清52.32,26.16g。

Method : The rat bacterial pyelonephritis model was induced by injecting the escherichia coli ATCC-25922 into kidney parenchyma .

结论：热淋清颗粒可用于治疗湿热型慢性前列腺炎。

RESULTS : Relinqing granule can treat chronic prostatitis damp - heat type .

主要用于痈肿吐脓、痰热咳嗽、热痢热淋、痈疮肿毒。

It was mainly used to carbuncle and vomiting of pus , phlegm-heat and coughing , dysentery of heat type and strangury due to heat , carbuncle toxin .

本症属中医学热淋、气淋、劳淋范畴，主要与肾虚、湿热有关。
