胸7～9椎棘突压痛、叩击痛均明显，无畸形。感觉平面自脐以下反应迟钝。

体征为棘突间有压痛、两项部或颈外侧有压痛，仅有1～2根神经根支配区的感觉障碍，前臂后上方内侧偶有感觉障碍。
Sign presented as tenderness at interspinal areas , sensory disturbance at 1 or 2 nerve root ( s ) distributing areas and occasionally at posterosuperior medial aspect .
