论述了提高矿井提升安全的智能双线制安全控制原则，针对目前煤矿提升安全现状，提出了用PLC实现提升机智能双线控制技术的方法。
This paper discussed the rule for improving safety of mine winder with double-line system , and gave the way to accomplish it based on PLC technique fitting for the real safety status .
