尿道成形术后尿瘘形成的相关因素分析

The Analysis of Correlation Factors of Urinary Fistula after Urethroplasty

目的：观察美宝湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）纱条对膀胱腹壁尿瘘的临床疗效。

Objective : To observe the efficacy of MEBO gauze in treating vesicoabdominal wall urinary fistula .

结果A组输尿管并发症（尿瘘+梗阻）5例，占9.0%，B组术后输尿管并发症4例，占2.0%，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。

Results There were 5 cases ( 9.0 % ) who had the complications urinary leak and ureteric obstruction in Group A , and 4 cases ( 2.0 % ) in Group B.There was significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.05 ) .

63例随访3个月，尿瘘无复发，轻度尿失禁8例，B超及IVU复查肾盂轻度积水3例。

The follow-up was 3 months in the 63 cases with successful results . No vesicovaginal fistula occurred . However , 8 cases had mild incontinence , and B-ultrasound and IVU showed mild hydronephrosis in 3 cases .

7例（9.0%）发生尿道瘘，经尿道扩张后自愈2例，4例已行尿瘘修补术，1例再行Snodgrass尿道成形术，均成功。

There was no chordee or stricture . 7 patients ( 9.0 % ) had urethral fistula , 2 were self healing after urethral dilatation , 4 were corrected with urinary fistula repair , one had been corrected with Snodgrass urethroplasty .
