外经贸部颁行的《关于对外贸易代理制的暂行规定》使外贸代理第一次有了专门性调整的法规，但也因其内容等方面的缺陷不能对外贸代理作出合理有效调整。
Though the Provisional Regulations of Foreign Trade A-gency issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation provides it for the first time with special regulations , the defects of the Regulations make it almost impossible to regulate the agency effectively .
