方法：对42例陈旧性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的病人行改良Evans手术。

日后反复发生踝关节外侧副韧带损伤，甚至造成创伤性骨关节病。

目的：探讨巨刺法对急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的治疗作用。

Objective To probe into therapeutic action of opposing needling on acute ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury .

内、外侧副韧带损伤28例，表现为信号增高，形态增粗，边缘模糊。

Medial and lateral collateral ligament injuries in28 cases demonstrated hyperintensity on T2WI , thickening in shape and marginal haziness .

结果36条韧带损伤中，前交叉韧带损伤11条，后交叉韧带损伤5条，内侧副韧带损伤13条，外侧副韧带损伤4条，髌韧带损伤3条。

Results 36 ligaments were injured , including 11 anterior cruciate ligaments , 5 posterior cruciate ligaments , 13 medial collateral ligaments , 4 lateral collateral ligaments , and 3 patellar ligaments .
