笔者归纳出来我国专利制度中存在的三个重要的问题，分别是纵容垃圾专利、公众利益代表的缺失与粗放的利益平衡体系。
The author summarized three critical problems currently existing in the Chinese patent system , including indulgence of questionable patents , absence of representative for the public interest , and disoriented mechanism of interest balance , respectively .
