通过对北固山湿地芦苇的连续试验观测，将芦苇生育期划分为五个阶段，采用生长度日法建立芦苇发育进程模拟模型，并确定了各生育阶段的生长度日参数。

The developmental stage simulation model of reed is made with growing degree day method , the corresponding growing degree day parameters of each developmental stage have also been determined .

通过大量的样方调查分析，结合湿地植被演替过程的规律，初步得出北固山湿地种群演替规律。
