偿付行

开证行必须向偿付行提供偿付授权书，该授权书须与信用证中声明的有效性一致。

An Issuing Bank shall not be relieved from any of its obligations to provide reimbursement if and when reimbursement is not received by the Claiming Bank from the Reimbursing Bank .
