亚多尼雅

亚多尼雅和所请的众客筵宴方毕，听见这声音。

Adonijah and all the guests who were with him heard it as they were finishing their feast .

拔示巴说，求你将书念的女子亚比煞赐给你哥哥亚多尼雅为妻。

So she said , 'Let Abishag the Shunammite be given in marriage to your brother Adonijah . '

约拿单对亚多尼雅说，我们的主大卫王诚然立所罗门为王了。

Jonathan answered . 'Our lord King David has made Solomon king .

现在亚多尼雅怎么作了王呢？

Why then has Adonijah become king ?

他们正在亚多尼雅面前吃喝，说，愿亚多尼雅王万岁。

Right now they are eating and drinking with him and saying , 'Long live King Adonijah ! '

亚多尼雅惧怕所罗门，就起来，去抓住祭坛的角。

But Adonijah , in fear of Solomon , went and took hold of the horns of the altar .

于是所罗门王差遣耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅，将亚多尼雅杀死。

So King Solomon gave orders to Benaiah son of Jehoiada , and he struck down Adonijah and he died .

四子亚多尼雅是哈及所生的。五子示法提雅是亚比她所生的。

And the fourth , Adonijah the son of Haggith ; and the fifth , Shephatiah the son of Abital ;

亚多尼雅与洗鲁雅的儿子约押，和祭司亚比亚他商议。二人就顺从他，帮助他。

Adonijah conferred with Joab son of Zeruiah and with Abiathar the priest , and they gave him their support .

28约押虽然没有归从押沙龙，却归从了亚多尼雅。

Then tidings came to Joab : for Joab had turned after Adonijah , though he turned not after Absalom .

亚多尼雅的众客听见这话就都惊惧，起来四散。

And all the guests that were with Adonijah were afraid , and rose up , and went every man his way .

19于是，拔示巴去见所罗门王，要为亚多尼雅提说。美军坚守住了巴斯托尼，这就决定了德军的命运。

Bathsheba therefore went unto king Solomon , to speak unto him for Adonijah . The American defense of Bastogne sealed their fate .

三子押沙龙是基述王达买的女儿玛迦生的。四子亚多尼雅是哈及生的。

2 the third , Absalom the son of Maacah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur ; the fourth , Adonijah the son of Haggith ;

但祭司撒督、耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅、先知拿单、示每、利以，并大卫的勇士都不顺从亚多尼雅。

But Zadok the priest and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada and Nathan the prophet and Shimei and Rei and David 's mighty men were not with Adonijah .

所罗门王就指着耶和华起誓说，亚多尼雅这话是自己送命，不然，愿神重重地降罚与我。

Then King Solomon swore by the Lord : 'May God deal with me , be it ever so severely , if Adonijah does not pay with his life for this request !

耶和华坚立我，使我坐在父亲大卫的位上，照著所应许的话为我建立家室；现在我指著永生的耶和华起誓，亚多尼雅今日必被治死。

Now therefore as the LORD lives , who has established me and placed me on the throne of David my father , and who has made me a house , as he promised , Adonijah shall be put to death today .
