方法1981年1月~2000年12月，2136例NSCLC侵犯胸壁179例（8.4%），均行手术治疗，不包括肺上沟瘤、侵犯膈肌和纵隔。

METHODS : From January 1981 to December 2000 , of 2136 patients with NSCLC , 179 patients ( 8.4 % ) with chest wall invasion of NSCLC were operated . Superior sulcus tumors and tumors invading the diaphragm or mediastinum were excluded .
