Comparative study on normal tongue manifestation in patients with primary liver cancer and healthy adults

目的：通过对原发性肝癌患者和健康人正常舌象进行微观比较，为舌诊的微观辨证研究提供必要的临床资料。

Objective : To find out some microscopically visible morphological differences in normal tongue manifestation between patients with primary liver cancer and healthy adults , and provide some beneficial evidences for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of tongue inspection .

原发性肝癌组正常舌象舌尖微循环总积分和舌苔脱落细胞成熟指数均明显高于健康人组（P0.01，P0.05）。

The total score of microcirculation of tongue tip and the maturation index of exfoliated cells from tongue coating were both higher in patients with primary liver cancer than those in healthy adults with normal tongue manifestation ( P0.01 , P0.05 ) .

[结果]慢性乙肝患者中，随着病情加重，免疫功能严重失调，正常舌象越来越少，出现相应的病理舌象。

[ Results ] With the development of chronic hepatitis , the immune function became disordered and tongue manifestations abnormal .

方法：运用舌尖微循环检查及舌苔脱落细胞染色法，对原发性肝癌患者和健康人中的正常舌象进行对比研究。

Methods : Microcirculations of the tongue tip , which represented the macroscopical normal tongue manifestation , were observed under an optical microscope in patients with primary liver cancer and healthy adults . Exfoliated cells from tongue coating were examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining .

结果表明：①淡红舌薄白苔是正常妊娠的基本舌象，在此基础上出现的蓝带、蓝斑可能是其肉眼舌象特征。

The results showed that , light-red tongue with thin-white coating was the basic picture of tongue and the faint-blue lustre was the charateristic of tongue in the first trimester of pregnancy .
