开窍药

目的：观察芳香开窍药对脑水肿大鼠脑组织SOD、MDA水平的影响，以探讨芳香开窍法对缺血性中风的治疗作用机理，为临床上运用芳香开窍法提供实验依据。

Objective : To observe the effect of drugs for inducing resuscitation on brain edema , SOD and MDA in the ischemia reperfusion rat so as to explore the therapeutic mechanism of inducing resuscitation method to ischemia stroke and provide the experimental evidence for the clinic application of this method .

Overview in Empirical Study of Effect of Drugs for Inducing Resuscitation on Blood-brain Barrier

结果芳香开窍药可降低缺血区脑组织中的Asp，提高GABA、Gly的含量。

Results : Resuscitation - inducing aromatic herbs can decrease Asp content and increase GABA and Gly content in the brain tissue .

[结论]芳香开窍药有促进内皮细胞产生合成NO，同时也能降低神经元及微血管iNOS表达，从而减少总NO的生成量，降低缺血引起的NO毒性作用，对脑组织具有一定的保护作用。

[ Conclusion ] Resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs promote the formation of NO in endothelial cells and reduce the expression of iNOS in micrangium and neurons and then decrease the total amount of NO content . Resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs prevent brain tissue from ischemic damage by lowering the toxicity of NO.
