木蝴蝶中黄酮类化合物的HPLC-ESI-MS分析

Analysis of flavonoids in seeds of Oroxylum indicum by HPLC-ESI-MS

从300mg木蝴蝶粗提物中一步分离纯化得到25·5mg黄芩素和36·6mg白杨黄素。经高效液相色谱分析，纯度分别为99·2%和100%。

From 300 mg of the crude extracts , 25.5 mg of baicalein and 36.6 mg of chrysin were obtained with a purity of 99.2 % and 100 % , respectively , as determined by high performance liquid chromatography .

结论本方法简单可行，重复性好，能够为木蝴蝶质量控制提供参考数据。

Conclusion The method is simple , feasible and repeatable , and can be provide reference for quality control of Senmen Oroxyli .
