我国教育部印发的《中小学班主任工作规定》中，明确指出：班主任要做到全面了解班级内每一个学生，深入分析学生思想、心理、学习、生活状况。
The " Provisions on primary and secondary school head teacher " which is issued by ministry of education expressly stated that : the head teacher need to fully understand each student within the class , in-depth analysis students ' thinking , psychology , learning and living conditions .
