  1. 结果表明,有28株菌株含有cry1C基因,携带有cry1C基因的菌株的晶体蛋白质主要为135ku左右,它们对甜菜夜蛾均有较高的毒性,这些菌株的鞭毛抗原血清型主要分布在H5和H7。

    The results indicated crystal proteins of 28 strains carried cry 1C gene were about 135 ku . They showed high toxicity against Spodoptera exigua and their serum type of flagella antigen mainly distributed in H-5 and H-7 .
