本文首先介绍了目前已有的一系列的土地定价模型，并基于阿郎索的土地定价模型推导出一种城市地下空间的定价理论模型，根据该模型可以计算出城市地下空间的土地价格。
We have introduced several pricing models in this paper . And after the introduction of the Alonso Land Pricing Model , this paper developed a new pricing model of urban underground space . According to this model , the price of urban underground space can be calculated .
