目的：探讨MRI中T1加权选择水激励梯度回波成像（T1W/WATS/FFE）序列在肾上腺疾病检查中的应用价值。

Objective : To study the T_1W / WATS / FFE series of MRI applied in the diagnosis of adrenal diseases .

方法：回顾性对照分析42例拟诊肾上腺疾病的患者SPECTCT131I-MIBG肾上腺髓质显像、B超、CT、MRI、尿-香草基杏仁酸（A）及术后病理结VM果。

Methods : SPECT / CT 131I-MIBG adrenal medullary imaging , B-mode ultrasonogram ( B-US ), CT , MRI , urinary vanillylmandelic acid ( VMA ) and pathology were analyzed retrospectively in 42 patients suspected adrenal diseases .

选取106例应用非离子型造影剂进行腹部CT增强扫描，其中肝、胆、胰、脾病变68例，肾脏及肾上腺疾病36例，后腹膜肿块2例。

The authors analysed the imaging characteristics of 106 cases with non ion contrast medium in the abdomen , including 68 cases of liver , gallbladder , pancreas and spleen ; 36 cases of kidney or adrenal glands and 2 cases of post abdominal tumors .

结果：42例拟诊肾上腺疾病的患者中SPECTCT131I-MIBG肾上腺髓质显像诊断为嗜铬细胞瘤18例（42.85%），肾上腺髓质增生7例（16.67%）。

Result : SPECT / CT 131I-MIBG adrenal medullary imaging showed 18 cases of pheochromocytoma ( 42.85 % ) and 7 cases of adrenomedullary hyperplasia ( 16.67 % ) in 42 patients suspected adrenal diseases .
