  1. 肾盂结石患者组肾动脉峰值流速高于肾盏结石组(P0.01)。

    The peak systolic flow velocity of renal artery in nephrolith of renal pelvis was higher than renal calix ( P 0 01 );

  2. 【方法】86例结石长径为(2.0~2.5)cm单纯肾盂结石患者随机接受多方位(M组)和单方位(S组)ESWL治疗,各方位治疗43例。

    【 Methods 】 Eighty-six patients with simple renal pelvic stone of 2 ~ 2.5 cm in diameter were randomly treated by ESWL in multi-position ( M group ) and single-position ( S group ), each group consisting 43 patients .

    32 cases asymmetrical type patients suffering calculus in renal pelvis have been given the operation of nephropyelolithotomy through ventral incision , and the results were satisfied .

  7. 方法68例患者,其中输尿管结石43例、肾盂结石5例、单纯肾囊肿15例及多囊肾5例。

    Methods This series consisted of 68 cases , including 43 cases of ureteral stones , 5 of renal pelvic stones , 15 of simple renal cyst and 5 of polycystic kidney .

  12. 23例术后3个月复查腹部平片和静脉肾盂造影,结石排净,12例轻度肾积水消失,11例中、重度积水改善。

    Abdominal X-ray ( KUB ) and intravenous pyelography examinations at the 3rd postoperative month showed no stones were detected and 12 cases of mild hydronephrosis were cured and 11 cases of moderate-to-severe hydronephrosis improved .

  13. 结果:肾移植术后移植肾功能正常而血尿酸增高者43例(9%),其中痛风7例,移植肾肾盂或输尿管结石3例。

    Results : There were 43 ( 9 % ) in the 480 patients were diagnosed hyperuricemia but the function of allograft were normal , 7 patients ( 1.5 % ) suffered from gout , 3 patients with urinary tract calculi .

  14. B、C组大鼠肾脏皮髓结构清晰,肾盏及肾盂良好,未见结石晶体沉积。

    Results The normal cases were 16 cases and the abnormal cases were 22 cases , including hydronephrosis , nephrolith , ureter stone , ureter malformation etc.

  18. 方法:采用后腹腔镜直视下肾盂输尿管切开取石术治疗肾盂结石患者4例和输尿管中上段结石患者16例。

    Methods : Twenty cases of pelvic or ureteral calculi were enrolled .

  19. 结论:肾实质肾盂分层切口适用于肾内型肾盂鹿角状结石和复杂多发性肾结石手术。

    Conclusions : It was concluded that this procedure was suitable for the removing of intrarenal pelvis complex calculi .

  20. 结果46例中,诊断为肾盂输尿管癌10例,膀胱癌2例,重复肾盂输尿管畸形6例,输尿管良性狭窄20例,肾盂输尿管结石8例。

    Results Ten patients were diagnosed as having pyeloureteral carcinoma , two bladder carcinoma , six pyeloureteral duplication deformity , 20 ureteral stricture , and eight pyeloureteral stone .
