方法：应用股骨髁上逆向交锁髓内钉治疗21例股骨髁上骨折患者，其中A1型18例，A2型3例。结果：21例骨折愈合时间16～32周（平均20周）。

Methods : Retrospective analysis of 21 supracondylar fractures of femur treated by retrograde intramedullary nailing , of which 18 cases were A 1 supracondylar fracture and 3 cases A 2 . Results : The average time for bone healing was 20 weeks .
