耶洗别

论到耶洗别，耶和华也说，狗在耶斯列的外郭必吃耶洗别的肉。

And also concerning Jezebel the Lord says : 'Dogs will devour Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel . '

耶洗别必在耶斯列田里被狗所吃，无人葬埋。说完了，少年人就开门逃跑了。

And Jezebel will become food for the dogs in the heritage of jezreel , and there will be no one to put her body into the earth . then , opening the door , he went in flight .

不过他责备他们容让那自称是先知的妇人耶洗别教导神的仆人。

However , he warns against its tolerance of a Jezebel spirit seducing God 's servants .

Do you think Ahab could enjoy that vineyard now ？ He had what his wicked heart had coveted , but what a price he would pay .

耶洗别听见拿伯被石头打死，就对亚哈说，你起来得耶斯列人拿伯不肯为价银给你的葡萄园吧。

As soon as Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned to death , she said to Ahab , 'Get up and take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite that he refused to sell you .

王后耶洗别对亚哈说、你现在是治理以色列国不是、只管起来、心里畅畅快快的吃饭、我必将耶斯列人拿伯的葡萄园给你。

And Jezebel his wife said unto him , Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel ? arise , and eat bread , and let thine heart be merry : I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite .

耶洗别杀耶和华众先知的时候，俄巴底将一百个先知藏了，每五十人藏在一个洞里，拿饼和水供养他们。

For when Jezebel was cutting off the prophets of the Lord , Obadiah took a hundred of them , and kept them secretly in a hole in the rock , fifty at a time , and gave them bread and water .

Why would God do this to His people ？ The answer is simple enough ： wicked King Ahab and his wife Jezebel had filled the land of Israel with idols and had turned the people of Israel to worship these statues .

You are to see that the family of Ahab your master is cut off , so that I may take from Jezebel payment for the blood of my servants the prophets , and for the blood of all the servants of the lord .
