耳软骨炎

耳部护理：防止受压，耳软骨炎的发生。

Nursing of the ear : Don 't press the ear . Prevent ear chondritis .

临床上耳廓烧伤后耳软骨炎的发生率仍较高，治疗也较困难。

The incidence of ear chondritis after auricle burn is very high , It is difficult to heal .

合并症中最多为肺水肿、32例，其次为耳软骨炎30例；

Complications : 32 cases complicated by pulmonary edema , 30 cases by auriculo-chondritis and 25 cases by other injuries .

90%的患者均有耳软骨炎；80%有呼吸系统受累，其中75%有鼻软骨炎，4例出现严重的气管、支气管软骨炎；

Of patients , 90 % had auricular chondritis , 80 % had respiratory system involvement , 75 % had nasal chondritis and 4 patients had severe tracheobronchial chondritis .

结果：41例60耳全部治愈，无一例发生耳软骨炎，平均愈合时间31.06天。

Results : All the 60 ears healed . No ear chondritis occurred . The average healing time was 31.06 days .
