方法用随机双盲双模拟多中心临床试验设计，232例（试验组和对照组均为116例）托特罗定缓释片每日1次，每次4mg；

Me-thods A double-blind double-dummy randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial was designed .

目的：评价托特罗定（tolterodine）治疗前列腺术后留置导尿致膀胱痉挛的疗效。

Objective : To evaluate the efficacy of tolterodine on bladder spasm caused by the indwelling catheter after prostate operation .

对照组应用酒石酸托特罗定片（商品名：舍尼亭）2mg，2次/日，两组疗程均为2周。

The control group was treated with tartrate Tolterodine stator ,( the trade name of which is Sheniting ) 2mg each time , twice a day .

结果以单用阿拉伯胶为促渗剂，当主药与阿拉伯胶用量比为1∶25时，制得的酒石酸托特罗定渗透泵片10h内恒速释药，释药量达85%以上。

RESULTS Using gum arabic alone , When the ratio of drug and gum arabic was kept 1 ∶ 25 , the drug was released from osmotic pump tablet at controlled rate within 10 hours and the cumulative release percentage was above 85 % .
