基于Oraclespatial电子海图数据库的构建及实现

Design and Establishment of Oracle Spatial-based ENC Database

本文以S&57标准格式的海图数据为数据源，利用Oracle9i数据库管理系统，建立电子海图数据库，并借助R树空间索引技术，实现电子海图数据的快速检索。

Taking the chart data of format S-57 as the source data , in this paper we utilize the database management system Oracle 9i to build up electronic chart database , and also accomplish quick searching for the SENC data through R-tree spatial index technology .
