  1. 在焖锅里加油,热油后,炒洋葱,胡萝卜和迷迭香,炒软为止,但是不要炒上色。

    Heat the rest of the oil in a casserole dish and fry off the onions , carrot and rosemary until just softened ( with no colour ) .
