汇票提示

第四十条见票后付款之汇票提示之期限。

在汇票提示时，请予以承兑。

回单上应当记明汇票提示承兑日期并签章。

The receipt shall specify the date of presentment for acceptance and shall be signed .

买方对卖方开具的见票后20天付款的跟单汇票于提示时应予以承兑，并应于汇票到期日付款。

The Buyer should accept the documentary draft at20 days ' sight upon the presentation and make payment on the maturity .

买方将对卖方开具的以买方为付款人的即期跟单汇票于提示时即予付款，付款后交单。

Payment : The buyer shall pay against a documentary draft drawn by the seller on the buyer at sight upon first presentation .

见票即付的汇票无需提示承兑。

No presentment for acceptance is needed for a bill of exchange payable at sight .

背书人为汇票向其提示付款之人；

Where the indorser is the person to whom the bill is presented for payment ;

汇票正式作付款提示而被拒付款或未能取得款项；或汇票免作提示，而该票已过期及仍未获付款。

When it is duly presented for payment and payment is refused or cannot be obtained ; or when presentment is excused and the bill is overdue and unpaid .

解付功能完成了持票人持有汇票向开户行提示付款，持票人开户行收妥后交换到出票行，出票行验证汇票无误后付款。

Remittance function can complete the holder holding the draft to bank payment , after the holder receipt and switching to the issuing bank , issuing bank bill payment after correct verification .

汇票背书人，于背书汇票后，即保证该汇票在正式提示时会按照其期限获承兑及支付；

The indorser of a bill , by indorsing it engages that , on due presentment , it shall be accepted and paid according to its tenor .
