  1. 29例接受运动负荷2的儿童,其每分输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)随心率升高而升高;

    In 29 children on exercise test 2 , cardiac output ( CO ) and cardiac index ( CI ) were increased as heart rate rose ;

  2. 生理指标测定:①测定练习前后生理指标变化,包括每分输出量和心功能指数、收缩压、舒张压和基础脉率、呼吸频率、肺活量。

    Physiological indicators measurement : ① before and after practice some of the physiological indices , such as minute cardiac output , cardiac function index , systolic blood pressure ( SBP ), diastolic blood pressure ( DBP ) and basic pulse rate , respiratory frequency and vital capacity .

  3. 超声心动图检查心脏每分输出量(CO)、射血分数(EF)、心脏指数(CI)也有明显政善,治疗组和对照组比较,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。

    Left ventricular diameter showed by echocardiogram was shortened in the treatment as compared with the control group ( P < 0.05 ) .

  4. 结论两种药物联用降低心脏前负荷、后负荷,增加心脏每分输出量,改善心肺功能。

    Conclusion Combination use of two drugs can decrease pre load and post load of heart , increase cardial minute ouput , improve the heart function .

  5. 糖尿病患者的每搏输出量、每分输出量、射血分数及左室短轴缩短率均明显低于正常人(P<0.01)。

    Stroke output , output per min , ejection fraction and short rate of left ventricle short axis in diabetic were lower than those in normal cases ( p < 0.01 ) .

  6. 具体表现在:肺活量、最大吸氧量、每搏输出量、每分输出量、血管顺应性在训练后明显升高,心率、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、外周阻力明显降低;

    Vital capacity , Maximal oxygen uptake and Vessel compliance can all be advanced , Heart rate , Blood pressure , Resistance of peripheral can be decreased ;
