无劳动能力

其他无劳动能力的人，生活费给付至死亡时止。

Should the person be of no ability to work , the living expenses shall be paid until his decease .

对死者生前扶养的无劳动能力的人，还应当支付生活费。

造成全部丧失劳动能力的，对其扶养的无劳动能力的人，还应当支付生活费；

做好城乡无法定扶养义务人、无劳动能力、无生活来源的孤残女童、孤老妇女的供养工作。
