  29. 结论早期使用参芪扶正注射液能改善ALI肺组织病理改变,减轻肺水肿,降低血清TNF-α水平,下调肺组织FKNmRNA的表达,对内毒素致急性肺损伤实验大鼠具有保护作用。

    Conclusion SFI treatment in early stage could relieve the pathological changes and edema in lung tissue , decrease serum TNF - α and down-regulate FKN mRNA expression , playing a protective role in LPS-induced ALI rats .

  30. 参芪扶正注射液具有加强心肌收缩力,增加心输出量,降低心肌耗氧,改善CHF患者左室重塑,改善预后,提高CHF患者的免疫功能,促进心功能恢复等作用。

    Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can strengthen myocardial contractility , increase cardiac output , and decrease myocardial oxygen consumption , and can improve left ventricular remodeling and immunologic function of CHF patient , favor prognosis , and advance cardiac function recovery .
