血清肌酸磷酸激酶（CK）在肌肉出现明显酸痛之前熏或在尿中肌红蛋白检出之前熏已有明显升高，并与血清钾、尿素氮、血肌酐的变化呈现显著正相关（P<0.05）；

Serum levels of creatine phosphokinase ( CK ) which positively related with serum levels of kalium-urea nitrogen - creatinine significant rose before muscle ache appearing and myoglobin in urine being detected ( P < 0.05 ) .

3例患者血、尿中未见游离肌红蛋白，血尿酸不低，影像学检查未见肾血管收缩，两例肾活检示肾小球病变轻微，可见肾小血管收缩，肾毛细血管及肾间质血管扩张，充血。

There were no myoglobulin in the blood and urine , the serum urate was not low , and there were no renal vasoconstriction by the imageology .
