基于国家能源政策的调整和大气环境保护标准的严格执行，常规的燃煤工业锅炉的使用日益受到限制，造成优质一次能源消费量的膨胀和生产成本的大幅度增加。

得出如下结论：（1）重庆市实施大气二氧化硫污染物排放标准（SO2：1200mg／m3）能基本满足大气环境质量三级标准的要求。

The result showed that : ( 1 ) the air environment quality could basically meet the requirement of air environment quality standard 3 if this recommended plan about emission standard for air pollutant ( SO 2 ) would be put into force in Chongqing .
