  25. 结论胆脂瘤组织中c-fos、c-jun蛋白产物较正常外耳道皮肤显著增高,c-fos、c-jun蛋白产物结合成AP-1,诱发并维持胆脂瘤上皮的高度增生。

    Conclusions The expression of c-fos and c-jun gene protein in cholesteatoma epithelium was far stronger than that in normal external acoustic meatus skin . The c-fos and c-jun genes induce and maintain hyperplasia of cholesteatoma epithelium through integrating into activator protein-1 .

  26. 方法:取患者外耳道内分泌物中分离出的黑曲菌和实验室保留的真菌菌株,测定冰片最低抑真菌浓度(MIC),最低杀真菌浓度(MFC)。

    Method : Aspergillus niger separated from the secretion in external auditory canal of the patient and the fungus strains kept in the laboratory were used to determine the minimum fungus inhibiting concentration ( MIC ) and minimum fungus killing concent ration ( MFC ) of borned .

  27. 结论:(1)骨性外耳道的研究可从生后2月儿童开始;骨性外耳道狭窄的诊断标准4mm并不适用于6岁以下儿童。

    Changed distinctly in 1 year . Conclusion : ( 1 ) The diagnostic criteria , 4mm , for bony external auditory canal stenosis could not be applied to children before 6 years . The study about bony external acoustic meatus might be performed from 2 months old children .

    Results I. The REOR ( real ear occluded response ) recorded in the ear canal by probe microphone was linearly increased with the intensity of bone conduction with 1 ∶ 1 slope .
