前庭窗

岩小神经由鼓室神经丛发出后，穿过耳蜗窗与前庭窗之间，越过鼓膜张肌窝，走向耳神经节。

The lesser petrosal nerve comes from the tympanic plexus running between cochlear window and vestibular window , over recess of tensor sympani muscle and toward otogaglion .

24耳行手术治疗，术中发现锤、砧骨发育不全19耳，镫骨畸形11耳，镫骨缺失3耳，前庭窗闭锁1耳。

Twenty-four ears treated by canaloplasty of external auditory meatus and tympanoplasty , hammer and incus hypoplasia in 19 ears , stapes abnormity were demonstrated in 11 ears , ossicles absence in 3 ears , vestibular window clausura in 1 ears .

C型：先天性前庭窗或蜗窗发育不全或闭锁。

Type C : congenital hypoplasia or atresia of oval / round widows .

仅前庭窗异常14耳，表现为前庭窗扩大或狭小。

14 ears manifested enlargement or narrowness of vestibular window only .

记录阴、阳性例数，并比较术前阴、阳性组之间在术中所见的听骨链固定或坏死、前庭窗或蜗窗功能不良的发生率的差异。

The following findings were recorded and compared between depressed and undepressed cases : the difference of occurrence of ossicular necrosis or fixation , or dysfunction of oval and / or round window .
