结果：在115例患者中111例确诊为声带黏膜慢性炎，4例（3.48%）确诊为声带黏膜慢性炎伴局灶性上皮重度不典型增生癌变。
( RESULTS : ) Canceration was found in 4 cases ( 3.48 % ) and the other 111 cases were confirmed as chronic chorditis .
