Results : 1.The positive rates of expression of c-Met in proliferative phase endometrium tissues and secretory phase endometrium tissues were 15 % and 0 respectively .

方法对10例增生期子宫内膜及32例子宫内膜癌进行细胞DNA含量测定及图象分析。

Methods Nuclear DNA content of 10 samples of proliferative endometrium and 32 samples of carcinoma of endometrium was determined and analysed by DNA image analysis system .

结果Fas基因蛋白在增生期子宫内膜中的表达评分（149.20±87.80）明显低于分泌期子宫内膜中Fas蛋白的表达评分（251.80±63.70）；

Results Fas expression score in proliferative endometrium ( 149.20 ± 87.80 ) was lower than that in secretory endometrium ( 251.80 ± 63.70 );

结果：子宫内膜癌组织中E-cd和β-cat的异常表达率明显高于正常增生期子宫内膜和不典型增生子宫内膜（P<0.05）。

Results : The aberrant expression of E-cadherin and beta-catenin in endometrial carcinoma was obviously higher than that in normal endometrium and atypical proliferation endometrium ( P < 0.05 ) .

方法：将增生期子宫内膜间质细胞经激素处理后进行培养，提取培养液。

Method : The stromal cells were cultured in proliferative stage after the treatment of hormones then the stromal cells culture medium ( SCM ) was collected .

结果子宫内膜病理检查显示，增生期子宫内膜69例，腺囊型增生18例，腺瘤型增生6例，萎缩型子宫内膜16例，重度不典型增生4例，子宫内膜癌2例。

Results The endometrium pathologic examination showed that the proliferative phase of endometrium 69 cases , cystic hyperplasia of endometrium 18 cases , adenomatous hyperplasia of endometrium 6 cases , atrophic endometrium 16 cases , serious atypical hyperplasia of endometrium 4 cases , carcinoma of endometrium 2 cases .

结果显示直接法制备子宫内膜细胞染色体成功率为40.3%，增生期与分泌期子宫内膜组织的分裂相出现率统计学上无显著性差别。

The success rate was40.3 % . It was shown that there was no statistical significant differences between mitotic index of proliferative and secretory phases .

子宫内膜组织病理学检查100例，其中增生期及分泌期子宫内膜52例（52.0%），子宫内膜增生过长44例（44.0%）。

Among the 100 cases undergoing pathological examination , endometria in proliferative and secretory phases were observed in 52 ( 52 0 % ), endometrial hyperplasia in 44 ( 44 0 % ) .

结果Cox-2、Ki-67表达阳性率在子宫内膜癌组明显高于非典型增生子宫内膜组和增生期子宫内膜组（P<0.01）。

Results The expression positive rates of Cox-2 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma group were both higher than those in atypical hyperplastic endometrium group and hyperplastic endometrium group ( P < 0.05 ) .

In physiological state , VEGF can have a high level expression in the placenta , many embryonic tissues and adult normal tissues with physiological angiogenesis ( eg. endometrium in proliferative phase ) .

子宫内膜增殖组共92例，其中单纯性增生24例，复杂性增生26例，不典型增生42例；正常增生期子宫内膜共23例。

In EH group , there were 24 cases of single hyperplasia , 26 cases of complex hyperplasia and and 42 cases of atypical hyperplasia .
