其中人和技术这两个要素中的过程域是参考国家信息化测评中心推出的信息化测评指标确定的，而管理这一要素中的过程域的确定则是以信息系统生命周期理论为依据。

But the process area about key factor management is established based on the theory of lifecycle in information system .
