结论：应用C瓣的主要目的是调整恢复患侧唇高，而根据患侧峰点的下降程度来选择3种不同的方法，灵活运用C瓣是非常有效的。

Conclusions : The main aim of the use of C-flap is to adjust and repair the degree of lip in ill side . Therefore , it is effective to choose and use C-flap on the basis of the decrease of lip peak .

患者双侧唇高、唇峰－口角距的非对称率均小于10%，双侧鼻孔宽度的非对称率为22.8%。

The asymmetry ratios of lip height and lip length between two sides was less than 10 % , that of nostril floor width 22.8 % .
