结果肿瘤性乳头溢液123例中乳管内乳头状瘤78例，乳头状瘤病24例，乳腺癌21例。

Results In 123 cases of benign or malignant tumor , 78 cases were diagnosed as intraductal papilloma , 24 cases as papillomatosis , 21 cases as breast cancer .

方法对15例乳管内乳头状瘤病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。

Methods Fifteen cases of intraductal papillomatosis were analyzed retrospectively .

方法：采用改良乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性疾病18例，其中乳管内乳头状瘤12例、乳腺纤维瘤3例、乳腺窦道2例及乳腺增生病伴腺瘤样变性1例。

Methods : 18 cases benign mammary diseases including 12 cases of intraductal papilloma , 3 mastofibroma , 2 mammary sinus tracts and 1 adenomatous hyperplasia , were adopted modified partial mastcctomy .

手术21例，术后病理诊断乳管内乳头状瘤14例，乳头状瘤病3例，乳管炎伴炎性肉芽肿3例，乳腺腺病合并乳管扩张1例。

Twenty-one patients were performed operation . Among them , 14,3,3 and 1 patients were diagnosed as papillary epithelioma , papillomatosis , galactophoritis complicated with phlegmasia granuloma and breast adenosis complicated with comedomastitis in pathology respectively .

病理结果：乳腺纤维腺瘤226例，乳腺腺病瘤样增生172例，乳腺囊肿48例，乳管内乳头状瘤9例，乳腺导管扩张3例。

Results Pathological exam showed fibroadenoma of breast in 226 cases , adenosis of breast in 172 cases , lacteal cyst in 48 cases , intraductal papillary epithelioma in 9 cases , ductal ectasia in 3 cases .

目的：探讨积乳症与乳管内乳头状瘤（病）的相关性。

Objective : To study the correlation between the diseases of latex fill up and intraductal papillary epithelioma .

乳管内视镜对导管内乳头状瘤、乳头状瘤病和乳腺癌的病理诊断符合率分别为94·5%、88%和93·6%。

The diagnostic accordance rates to pathology of papilloma , papillomatosis and carcinoma were 94.5 % , 88 % and 93.6 % , respectively .

纤维乳管镜对乳管内乳头状瘤（病）的诊断符合率为92－8%。

The diagnostic rate of intraductal papilloma and papillomatosis with duct endoscopy is 92.8 % , which has been proved by pathologic examination .

纤维乳管镜拟诊为导管扩张361例，慢性炎症596例，乳管内乳头状瘤（病）1609例，乳腺癌42例；

Pathologically , there were 361 cases of mammary duct ectasia , 596 cases of chronic inflammation , 1 609 cases of intraductal papilloma , and 42 cases of breast carcinoma .
