The scores of HAMD and SDS of the citalopram group decreased more markedly than those of the amitriptyline group after the treatment in 1st weekend ( P < 0.05 ) . But there were no significant differences after the treatment in 2nd , 4th , 6th weekend .

Objectives : Citalopram Hydrobromide is a highly selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitor ( SSRI ) which is widely used in a variety of depression treatment in clinics .

方法对23例儿童抑郁和情绪障碍患者给予西酞普兰治疗，初始剂量10mg·d-1,1w后视病情逐渐增加剂量，最高剂量≤50mg·d-1，平均剂量25±5.69mg·d-1，疗程8w。

Methods 23 children with depression and emotional disorder were treated with citalopram , initial dose was 10mg / d which gradually increased after one week , maximal ≤ 50mg / d and mean 25 ± 5.69mg/d for 8 weeks .
