  1. 目的:检测多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)在肾母细胞瘤中的表达,探讨其在肾母细胞瘤术前术后化疗蛋白水平的依据及耐药问题。

    Objectve : To examine the expression level of multiple drug resistance-associated protein ( MRP ) in nephroblastoma . And to discuss its drug resisting function and its judging standard in pre-and post-operation of nephroblastoma at protein level .
