共模输入电压

提出了一种采用线性跨导输入级的Rail-to-Rail运算放大器，输入级的跨导基本实现了与共模输入电压无关，而只与工艺参数和工作电压有关。

In this paper , we put forward a type of Rail to Rail operational amplifier using linear transconductance input stage . The transconductance of input stage is almost not related to the common mode input voltage , but only depends on the processing parameters and operating voltage .

基于此结构，实现了一种超低压运算放大器。仿真分析表明，该运算放大器能够实现轨到轨（rail-to-rail）的共模输入电压范围和输出电压摆幅，以及较高的共模抑制比。

Based on the structure , an ultra-low voltage operational amplifier is designed , which provides a rail-to-rail common-mode input voltage range and output voltage swing , as well as a high common mode rejection ratio ( CMRR ) .
