【结果】①LS组中转开腹14例，中转开腹率6.22%（14/225），原因为7例发生术中并发症，5例肥胖与肿瘤大，1例骨盆狭小及1例伴腹膜后肿瘤；
Results 1.In LS group , 14 cases ( 6.22 % , 14 / 225 ) were converted to open surgery , because of 7 cases with intraoperative complications , 5 cases with obesity or huge tumors , 1 case with narrow-pelvis and 1 case with retroperitoneal tumor ;
