  5. 方法:对2例原发性颞下窝肿瘤患者通过CT检查见颞下窝肿瘤,应用隐蔽的发际内侧切口进行手术。

    Method : Two cases of tumor originating from fossae infratemporalis showed by CT were operated on with the side incision within the hair .

  6. 结论:对原发于颞下窝的肿瘤应注意其早期症状,CT检查是诊断颞下窝肿瘤的有效手段,隐蔽于发迹内的侧切口是比较好的手术进路。

    Conclusion : For tumor originating from fossae infratemporalis , early symptoms and CT examination are helpful in diagnosing , and side incision within the hair is a good surgery access .

  7. 目的通过对鼻腔-鼻窦-翼腭窝(pterygomaxillaryfossa,PMF)-颞下窝(infratemporalfossa,ITF)手术入路的相关结构进行解剖,为手术入路提供解剖学基础。

    [ Objective ] To provide anatomy base of the operative route by dissecting the dependency structure of nasal cavity-nasal sinus-PMF-ITF .

  8. 方法采用颞下窝入路切断大鼠眼上颌神经,存活3d~1周后,观察松果体的PACAP免疫反应神经纤维并计数,与未经手术的对照组动物比较。

    Over three days after , the number of PACAP immunoreactive nerve fibres in the pineal gland of the rats with a total transection of the nerve was compared with that of the rats without surgery .

  9. 对鼻腔、口咽、咽旁间隙、颈动脉鞘区、颞下窝、翼腭窝和颅底骨质侵犯的检出,CT、MRI和PET-CT无明显差异;

    There was no obvious difference among CT , MRI and PET-CT in the ability to detect invasion into other tissues , such as the nasal cavity , oral pharynx , parapharyngeal space , carotid sheath area , infratemporal fossa , sphenomaxillary fossa and sclerotic invasion of the basion .

    Results Zygomatic arch was an anatomical key for medial skull base and infratemporal fossa exposure . The length of the zygomatic arch and the width of the mandibular fossa were 32.9 ± 2.6 mm and 15.5 ± 1.3 mm respectively .
