方法31例符合WHO诊断标准口服降糖药治疗血糖控制不满意的老年糖尿病患者，联合睡前注射诺和灵N。

[ Methods ] Included were 31 cases of elderly diabetes mellitus diagnosed by criteria of WHO . All patients had lower effect on oral hypoglycemia agent , were added to given Novolin N injection at bedtime .
