    Results In 2004 while the inpatients of diabetes was increased by 64.86 % , the sum of money was increased 71.63 times , and DDDs was increased by 5311.49 % in comparison with that in 2001 . Among them , Repaglinide increased very quickly oral hypoglycemic drug .

    Methods Forty type 2 diabetes patients which could not control the blood glucose successfully with drugs were divided into two groups randomly : glargine group ( 20 cases ) and mixed insulin group ( 20 cases ) .

    An experimental diabetic model was induced by vein injection of alloxan monohydrate ( 100 mg / kg ) . We observed the effects of LBP-D , hypoglycemic agents alone or in combination , on blood glucose and the functions of cellular immunity in alloxan-induced diabetes mice .
