结果表明：长武县耕地面积总体呈持续减少趋势，人均粮食产量呈上升趋势，最小人均耕地面积逐年减少，耕地压力总体减小；粮食单产的显著提高是有效地缓解该县耕地压力的主要因素。

The results show that the arable land area is decreasing continuously and the grain production per capita is rising . The minimum arable land area per capita is decreasing year by year and the overall arable land pressure has decreased .
