Analyzing the classical case of the intergovernmental relations of Jinhua-Yiwu deeply , we have drawn three conclusions : ( 1 ) The reasonable economical relation must conform to the objective requirement of the market economy rules , which is not the unidirectional radiating relation but the bidirectional convicting relation .
