方法：将16例弱精子症患者精子与野山楂根含药血清共同孵育，在5,15,30,60120min采用计算机辅助精子分析系统（CASA）检测精子活动率和精子运动参数。
Method : Sperm specimens of 16 asthenospermia patients were co-incubated with the medicated serum in vitro . The sperm motility characteristics were evaluated by computer-assisted semen analysis ( CASA ) at 5,15,30,60 min and 120 min.
