利用萝卜红标准曲线计算汁液浓度，结合含水量指标测得7个红心萝卜品系的色素含量为84‰～152‰，平均121‰。

It indicated that the pigment content of 7 strains of red-core radish were 8.4 ‰ - 15.2 ‰ and average 12.1 ‰ by calculating concentration of normal juice with standard curves of radish red pigment and measuring of water content .
